Who You Are Dealing With

This website and the services described on it are operated by Joshua S Vaughan, a sole proprietor doing business as “Josh the AI Guy.”

When you register for a class, buy a digital product, or hire us for services, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy. Throughout this page, “we” and “us” mean Josh the AI Guy, and “you” means the person or business buying.

What We Provide

We sell four things:

• Live online classes: Group classes teaching small business owners how to use AI for marketing and lead capture, delivered over Google Meet.
• Digital workbooks and downloadable materials: Sold through this site and also through Gumroad.
• Consulting, setup, and training: Hands-on work billed by the hour.
• Ongoing monthly management: Continuing management of marketing and CRM systems for clients.

Live Class Terms

Payment

Classes are currently $100 per seat. Payment is due in full at registration to reserve your seat. Prices may change, but the price you pay is the price shown when you register.

Refund Policy

• More than 48 hours before the class starts: Cancel and receive a full refund.
• Within 48 hours of the class start time: No refund. You still receive all included materials and the class recording, and you may transfer your seat to a future class at no cost.
• No-shows: Treated the same as a cancellation within 48 hours. No refund, materials and recording still provided, and you may transfer to a future class at no cost.

To cancel or transfer, email Email us. The time of your email is what counts against the 48 hour window.

What Your Seat Includes

• Live instruction during the scheduled class
• All five workbooks in digital form
• The recording of the class
• A follow-up group question and answer session

What You Need to Bring

To get value out of the class, you need to arrive with:

• A computer with a working internet connection
• Your own free accounts on the platforms we cover: TikTok Business, Instagram Business or Creator, and an AI assistant account

These accounts are free to create and belong to you, not to us. We do not create them for you, and we cannot refund a seat because you arrived without them.

Recording

Classes are recorded and the recording is shared with registered attendees so you can rewatch it. Your camera and microphone are optional. If you would rather not appear or be heard in the recording, leave them off and ask your questions in the chat. This is covered in more detail in our privacy policy.

If We Reschedule

We may need to reschedule a class. If we do, you choose: a full refund, or a transfer to the new date. Your choice, not ours.

Digital Products

When you buy a workbook or other downloadable material, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it.

• You may: Use everything you learn in your own business, for your own clients, without restriction. That is the point of buying it.
• You may not: Resell, redistribute, republish, or share the files themselves.
• Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Delivery is immediate and cannot be undone.

Bought on Gumroad? Purchases made through Gumroad are governed by Gumroad's own terms and refund policy, not these. If you bought there and want a refund, start with Gumroad.

Consulting and Services

• Rate: Billed hourly at the rate quoted to you in writing before work begins.
• Scope: Work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately and approved before it starts. We do not add work to your bill without asking first.
• What we need from you: Timely access, information, and approvals. If a project stalls because we are waiting on you, that delay does not entitle you to a refund.
• Platform costs: Third-party costs such as software subscriptions, message and call usage, and ad spend are yours and are separate from our service fees. We will tell you what these cost before you commit to them wherever we can.
• Refunds: Unused prepaid hours are refundable. Hours already worked are not.

No Guarantee of Results

We teach methods that work, and we will tell you honestly what we think will and will not work for your situation. But results depend on your own market, your effort, and your execution. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific amount of revenue, or any particular business outcome.

About AI Tools

Our training covers AI tools, and AI tools get things wrong. This matters enough to say plainly:

• AI tools can produce output that is inaccurate, outdated, or misleading, and they can do it confidently.
• You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI tool generates before you publish it or act on it. Check facts, numbers, names, and claims about your own business.
• We are not responsible for the output of third-party AI tools, or for what happens if that output is published without review.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services depend on platforms we do not own or control, including GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn.

We are not responsible for their outages, their policy changes, their pricing changes, or their decisions to suspend or restrict an account. If one of them breaks or changes the rules, we will help you work around it, but we cannot control it and we cannot promise a particular outcome.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date at the top. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones posted on the day you bought. We will not change the refund policy on a class you have already registered for.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising out of them will be handled in Galveston County, Texas.
